     Cassia lives in the Society. The Society is ran by strict rules and events. The Matching and Matching Banquet is one of them. When a citizen turns 17, they can choose to be put into the matching pool. All citizens, (that choose to be matched) are carefully put with another citizen and are to live with them forever This may seen horribly wrong, yet the Society looks over personalities, likes, dislikes and so much more there is rarely ever a mistake. Until Cassia.
     Cassia has been matched to a old childhood friend which is uncommon, and when she gets home, she finds the picture of another boy she knows claiming to be her Match. Cassia is told by Officials that it was a mistake and to forget about the second picture. But can she forget? Did the ever so perfect Society truly make a mistake?
