Katniss and Peeta are thrown back into the Hunger Games for the 75th annual competition. Under some certain rule, two past victors must both go back and fight, so twice as many people are in the games this year. Before entering the arena, Katniss is shown a watch. This watch is not an ordinary watch. It does certain things at different hours.
While in the arena, Katniss finally puts two and two together that the watch is related to the Games this year. She is heart broken that some of her favorite victors are dead. She thinks that they would eventually all die, right? Find out in Catching Fire.
